I watch the reports from these Premiers meetings and I always come away thinking they are a waste of time. Nothing has changed with the meeting in Muskoka in Ontario. It's the same result, the same complaints and the same belly aching we hear from every one of these meetings... but nothing gets resolved. I think I have the solution. I've been thinking it, you've been thinking... now someone higher up needs to say it.
