"Just a reminder- there was a conflict between Ostrich ranchers, (The People) and the CFIA (The Government). The people tried to get a court to review the evidence (and the science) before the Government could do what THEY wanted to do (not what the people of this country wanted done ) but were completely unsuccessful. The court never weighed the evidence. They didn't listen to expert witnesses testimony. They ONLY looked at the policy in place by a government legislated entity- the CFIA, a policy that we did NOT ask for or vote for, before they allowed them to seize personal property and destroy it."
